WORK IN PROGRESS - I got lazy and i won't be working on this for a bit, so I uploaded it until then since I need to feel accomplished for the day 
I have yet to update the water and add a lot of detail to the buildings, so please forgive the blandness.
In terms of the pic, I wanted to mess with more geometric shapes this time around, and a little perspective. in terms of the idea behind this, I had a dream way back of something that resembles this, but without the bridge overpass and the water. Not exactly as in my head, but i'm satisfied with the way its turning out
